The Surf House in Galicia
In the heart of the Galician West Coast, you’ll find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Since our opening in 2012, our Surf House has offered a diverse range of amenities. Our efforts focus on continuously adapting our offerings to new trends. We value ideas and suggestions to ensure your stay is enjoyable and exciting.
What our Surf House offers:
- A living space of 350m2 featuring a total of 8 bedrooms, two large living rooms with leather sofas and views of nature, and two fully equipped kitchens
- A 3,000m2 garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue area, a small wooded area with hammocks, slackline, and a yoga platform
- 5 large terraces with various seating options and ample space for every guest
- WiFi throughout the house

Rooms at Surf House
The rooms at our Surf House are designed to provide comfort and relaxation after an exciting day on the water. Each of the eight rooms is individually designed and provides everything needed for a pleasant stay: five rooms with double beds and three rooms with two single beds.
Would you like to surf in Galicia this summer and feel at home? Our rooms offer just that: spaciousness, a private bathroom, and a balcony or direct access to the garden.
If you’re traveling alone and prefer not to book a single room, at our Surf House in Galicia, we offer the option to share a double room with another guest of the same gender.
Rooms are cleaned every two days. If sharing with another guest, daily cleaning of the room and bathroom occurs. Towels are changed upon request.
Castro Room
The Castro room is ideal for couples looking for a cozy retreat. Equipped with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a garden view, it offers a tranquil space inviting relaxation.
At our Surf House in Galicia, this room is named after the nearby Celtic ruins, the Castro de Baroña.
As Furnas Room
The As Furnas room is furnished with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a small south-facing balcony.
As Furnas holds special significance for us as it is the beach closest to our Surf House and represents a piece of home for us.
Corrubedo Room
This spacious and bright room provides the perfect accommodation for two friends. The Corrubedo room is equipped with two single beds, making it perfect for two individuals preferring separate beds. It has a private bathroom and a terrace overlooking the garden.
The name of this room comes from our neighboring town of Corrubedo, known for its lighthouse and impressive dunes.
Vilar Room
The Vilar room is perfect for those wanting to enjoy a surfing summer in Galicia with all amenities. It offers a double bed, a private bathroom, and a garden-view terrace.
It’s named after one of our most popular surf spots, the Vilar beach, located in the Corrubedo Natural Park and dunes.
Rio Room
The Rio room is the right choice for couples seeking a modern and impeccable surfing accommodation in Galicia. Furnished with a double bed and a private bathroom, it provides comfort and coziness.
Rio Sieira beach lies next to As Furnas and is separated by a group of rocks, known as Furnas. A wooden walkway connects the two beaches overland, ending in a small pine forest.
Ladeira Room
The Ladeira room is ideal for solo travelers. Equipped with two single beds, a private bathroom with an extra-large shower, and a cozy atmosphere, it guarantees a comfortable and relaxed stay.
It is named after another beach in the natural reserve, A Ladeira.
Porto Son Room & Porto Sin Room
In 2023, the Surf House expanded, now offering two additional rooms: one with two single beds (Porto Son Room) and one with a double bed (Porto Sin Room).
The separate bathroom, equipped with two sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a toilet, is shared between the two rooms. Cleaning occurs every two days for the rooms and daily for the bathroom.
A newly added and fully equipped kitchen with an integrated washing machine, as well as a bright and cozy living room, are available for shared use to all guests staying in these two rooms. From there, you have direct access to a beautiful sun terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. All new facilities are located on the first floor of the Surf House.

Our Surf House is situated in the beautiful natural landscape of Galicia, in the small village of Xuño, just a few minutes from the two beaches As Furnas and Rio Sieira. The area is renowned for its stunning coastal scenery, golden sandy beaches, and crystal-clear waters.
